Fantastic value for money with a great breakfast included with a good selection and nice quality. Plenty of parking space on site . A Fantastic warm welcome and real friendly staff who showed me to my room. There is all so easy access to the rooms from the car park with out having to go through the hotel and for after hours access Great view out of my room which was clean and tidy, , Tea/coffee/bicies etc in the room, extra heater provided. My room was a shower with good flow rate and hot enough water with the little extras provided , Bod wash, shampoo, conditioner etc etc Your are quite rural but you know that when you book but Harrogate is only 10 odd miles away.......I didn't use the bar or eat dinner here so cant comment as I was so dead on my feet when I arrived Great stay would deff book again

Upon arrival I was greeted by a lovely member of staff who couldn't of been more helpful. She kept a smile on her face the whole time and made sure she had explained everything and checked if I needed anything else while I was there. I hadn't prebooked a table for a meal but they were more can welcome to accommodate me and made sure the table they gave me was to my liking. The food was amazing and the breakfast the next day was very filling. I arrived the the dark but in the morning seeing the scenery was amazing. It is perfectly situated.

The management and staff were helpful, welcoming and efficient. My bedroom was clean, well equipped, spacious with super views. The breakfast was overall fine and well prepared and cooked deliciously. That said, my preference for fruit was unfulfilled. The reception and bar areas both inside and outside were clean, tidy and presented well. Yes, one will return to stay as it is good value for money. I would recommend it definitely.

Reasonable food selection: Breakfast is good and arrived quickly, served between 7.30 to 9 am. Ground floor room had a view and was warm with working radiator. Quick check in check out. Allowed me to have a later checkout due to a work meeting time.

Excellent menu choice for breakfast Exc ellent menu choice for dinner,only disappointment was the la mbs liver &bacon,too hard but apologies made. Room, comfy,well laid out,wonderful views. Would have been great &easier to use,if there was a walk in shower. Traffic noise disturbing outside.Staff superb,polite &a pleasure to talk to,very enjoyable stay &thankyou to all the staff.
